Following are the few yoga poses you can practice at home daily.

1. Cat-Cow Pose

  • Balance your body on all fours
  • Slowly, raise your spine spreading out ribcage, lowering your shoulders
  • In the next turn, lower your belly down, forming a curve between your waist and flutes

2. Standing Side Bend

  • Stand straight with your arms to the side
  • Raise your left hand over your head
  • Next step, bend your left-hand overhead to the right, bending the right side of your body
  • Alternate after 10 counts each side

3. Upward Dog/Cobra

  • Lie down on your abdomen
  • Place your palms on either side of your stomach
  • Raise your upper body with the help of your palms
  • Bend your shoulder back and look straight

4. Downward Dog

  • Bring your body down on all 4s
  • Straighten your knees up and raise your body, palms on the floor
  • Your body will form the inverse ‘V’ shape

5. Pigeon Pose

  • Lower your body down on all 4s
  • Bring forward your left leg, bend it to touch your right hand
  • The right leg should be straightened out at the back

6. Yogi Squat

  • Stand with your legs ahead of shoulder width
  • Bright your hands in praying pose and squat down

7. Happy Baby Pose

  • Lie down on a mat and bring the knees to your stomach
  • Hold the knees close to your body
  • Stretch out your legs, knees bent and feet pointing upwards
  • Hod the toes of both feet with your hand on either side

8. Crescent Lunge

  • Stand straight and bring forward your right leg
  • Bend the right leg, knees out
  • Perk up your left leg heel at the back
  • Lower your knees slowly
