1. Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)

  • Lie on your abdomen and raise your toes at the back
  • Take your hands back and hold the tips of your toes
  • Place your chin down and inhale
  • Raise your neck and head up along with the legs
  • On exhale, open up your gaps between the bent legs, forming a bow shape with the entire body

2. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

  • Bright your body down on a mat in the plank pose
  • Lower the body down on the mat, bending the hands to have the elbows pointing up
  • Raise your upper body with the help of your elbows
  • Your chest should be pointing front and the face raised up

3. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)

  • Stand with your legs apart from the shoulder width
  • Place your left and right toes out to the side
  • Raise your hands on both sides
  • Lean forward to the left side with your left hand raised and bend down towards the left foot
  • Place your hand on the ankles
  • Look up and make sure your right hand is pointing towards the sky/ceiling

4. Seated Spinal Twist Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana)

  • Sit down on your thighs and straighten your body up
  • Transfer your entire body weight on your left leg and
  • Raise your left foot and twist the leg to go over your right leg
  • The right leg should on the floor bent, pointing out to the right side
  • Raise your right hand up and bring it down bent over the right knee
  • Look to your right, placing left hand on the mat beside you

5. Seated Foward Bend (Paschimottasana)

  • Sit on a mat with your legs spread straight in front of you
  • Bring your hand up over your head
  • Keeping abdomen tight, lean your body forward and bring them down over your legs
  • Try not to bend your legs while your hands are reaching for your toes
  • Look down and keep your hands on your toes

These yoga poses will warm up your body, make you feel healthy and fit throughout winter.
