We all know that burning those insolent calories is difficult. It requires a lot of hard work, determination and perseverance. Your workout efforts award you with fruits like, lean toned body, muscle mass, those curves and satisfaction. But you can’t ignore the sweat that accompanies it, making you to rush for a bath instantaneously. Well it’s easy for guys to head for a full body shower; girls find it difficult to wash their beautiful locks everyday just to get rid of the sweat and odor of your hairs. Also, frequent washing of hairs can cause them to lose their shine and eventually lead to hair loss. So, how do you look presentable and turn heads around every time you walk past by the crowd?

Here’s the hack, girls!

I was going through the same question when someone from work advised me to use this blowout hair refresher which was actually a dry shampoo. Well I wasn’t such a fan of dry shampoos until I used this amazing product. I bought a blowout hair refresher from the brand called VO5. However there’s a huge range out there from brands like Fekkai, Batiste, Living proof

How to use dry shampoo

All you have to do is just spray the shampoo on your hair, leave it there for 2 minutes and massage it on your hair strands. Do not rub this on your scalp as it may lead to skin irritation. I was so blown away by the results that I thought it will definitely ease out many girls for the day. Here’s a video to help you understand better

How does it work

By the time its second day or third day for your hair, your 100,000 to 120,000 strands are completely loaded with oil, dirt and grease. Dry shampoo is a powder based aerosol spray that binds to oil and grease present on your scalp and removes it off so that you don’t have to wash your locks everyday.

My take on this

Tailored to serve the needs of gym goers, this not only saves you from all those hours of washing, patting and drying your hair but it maintains your locks like you just came out of a salon for the entire day. According to experts, frequent washing of hair with shampoo strip of the natural oil as well so dry shampoo seems to be a saviour to keep your hair healthy, neat and shiny. However, it is just a quick fix and not a replacement to washing your hair.
