There are mixed reviews about right time to take a bath for yoga. Bathing refreshes your body & mind and helps you to focus. Traditionally, yoga teachers suggest taking bath before a yoga session. Similarly, bathing after yoga soothes your body and help you relax. However, there should be a gap of atleast 30 mins between bathing and yoga. Our body releases natural oils after yoga which are extremely beneficial for the skin. Waiting for sometime helps our skin to absorb this oil. Incase you are bathing once, it is advisable to do it before yoga session.
