Amla (Indian gooseberry) :

All the three are valuable hair tonics and form a regular part of hair care ritual. They are available in whole pods or powder form in the market easily.

How to Make?

All you need to do is mix 10 grams shikakai pods, 10 grams amla pieces, 5 gram reetha berry or 2 tsps of shikakai powder, 2 tsps of amla powder and 1 tsp of reetha powder in a container, mix them with water in a quantity required for shampoo usually 1 -2 cups for medium length hair. Keep this overnight and use this instead of shampoo. Also if you have stubborn hair, then this can be used as a conditioner after shampoo.

Natural Deep Conditioning Hair Mask

Sun and summers make the hair is dry, brittle and moisture-deprived, the banana hair mask will add plenty of moisture and shine into your dull, lifeless tresses. So the over-ripe bananas sitting on the kitchen counter can make your hair incredibly moisturizing, super soft and smooth. This is an absolute frizz controller for the hair kind. Making banana mask is more like making a banana shake, you blend it to a smooth paste. And instead of drinking it you apply it on your hair.

Massage it through your hair like a pro (starting at roots and working your way to the ends). Keep it for an hour and rinse off with a very light natural shampoo.
