Perform this workout in 15 reps and in 3 sets for amazing results.

Russian Twist

This will sculpt your obliques, lower abs and thighs. Start with a seating position and raise your feel about six inches off the ground being seated on your knees. Then, with a flat back and your chest lifted, lean back to 45 degrees and bring your hands together with your elbows out. Coinciding with your hand movement, move your torso to the right and then to the center. Repeat the same with your left side.

The Combination of Bikini Walkout and Plank Jack

This workout will get your core into action. Stand at the back of your mat and then walk with your hands into a plank position without bending your knees. Then jump with your feet apart. Go into plank. Then walk your hands back and return to standing.

Knee to Elbow Plank

This will tone your obliques and shoulders. Go in your plank position and then move your knees to your elbows and then back to plank position. Repeat the same with your other leg.

Side Plank Knee to Elbow Crunch

This workout will tone your obliques and thighs. Start with a side plank position on your left hand with your top leg extended out straight and your bottom knee placed on the ground. Extend your right arm directly overhead. Then bring your right elbow to your right knee and then to side crunch position. Then return to the start position.

Side Plank hip dips

This exercise will tone your obliques and shoulders. Start with side plank position with your left hand and your right arm stretched over your head. Your legs should be in a staggered position, with your top foot in front of the bottom foot. Then lower your hips a couple of inches towards the ground and then up to the starting position.
