Woohoo! weekend’s here again. Here are few tips that can make it more lively and healthy. Avoid binge sleeping. As per studies, oversleeping doesn’t make up for the less sleep you got last week. Instead, sticking to schedule promotes better sleep. Plan your breakfast (or brunch) in a protein packed manner. Go for egg whites, favorite vegetables along with whole grain bread. You can add salads and sliced tomatoes as well. Skip your drinking plans and go out for a long walk around neighbourhood, exercise, run(or power walk) with friends. Instead of ordering pizzas and other junk spend time in kitchen and prepare a meal for yourself.
