Not always ready to hit the gym? Fatigue and lack of energy are viable reasons. But what if we skip the muscle days for something more fun at home?
A no equipment regime for muscle growth which is possible at home as well as 100% effective. Here are some good exercises for you.
1. Squats

– Stand straight with your hands raised in front of your chest
– Bend your knees and squat down, putting more pressure on your glutes
– Try to balance your body as if you’re sitting on a low chair
– Rise up and repeat 10 times in 3 reps.
2. Running

– Choose your favorite jogging trail. This can be pavement or the park.
– Begin with short jogging, and comfort up to running
– Choose your preferred timings. You can begin with 20 minutes jog and increase it up to 1 hour, depending upon your energy.
3. Crunches

– Lie down on a yoga mat and bend your knees up. Feet should be flat on the mat.
– Bring your arms behind the head, elbows out.
– Breathe in and raise your head and upper body with the help of your arms
– Breathe out and contract the stomach muscles.
– Return to rest and repeat 15 times in 3 reps.
4. Lunges

– Stand straight with small dumbells on either hand.
– Bring right leg out and bend it, thighs parallel to the floor
– This will prompt the left leg to bend, knees towards the floor
– Bring the body up to lunge down 10 times each leg for 3 reps.
