3. 1/4th Tablespoon Cinnamon
Cinnamon adds that natural sweetness in the drink. It also regulates blood sugar and cholesterol. Adding cinnamon also keeps the stomach feeling filled thereby distracting random craves. It is also rich in antioxidants and aids in boosting metabolism.
4. 1 Glass Lukewarm Water
Warm water helps in losing fat as it improves bowel movements and blood circulation. Warm water is also ideal for mixing ingredients as it breaks down and blends faster.
