1. Tropical Fruits

Tropical fruits like guava, pineapple, kiwi, papaya are rich in vitamin C which helps defend your skin against damaging free radicals. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which is available in your skin. So, intake of vitamin C also replenishes your skin’s store. It also helps your body to produce collagen, a protein that helps keep your skin firm and elastic.

2. Omega-3 rich foods

Fish salmon, spinach, broccoli, flaxseed, walnuts all contain omega-3 fats which help fortify skin cell membranes, protect against harmful sun rays and also reduces the risk of certain forms of skin cancer. Omega-3 allows inflow of water into the skin while keeping toxins out and may also fight inflammation in the skin. Try to avoid deep-fried variants and go for baked, grilled, roasted or poached, instead.

3. Pumpkin Seeds
